Tomorrow, a bombshell book the Obama DOJ doesn’t want you to read will be released.

Injustice, by former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams, exposes the “racial agenda of the Obama Justice Department.”

As I write in my endorsement of the book (published by Regnery):

“Christian Adams is a truth-teller, whistle-blower, and American patriot. With great courage and investigative skill, this former Department of Justice attorney single-handedly exposes how Barack Obama and Eric Holder have systematically perverted the rule of law—for patently unjust, un-American, race-based ends. Adams witnessed first-hand the hijacking of the DOJ by radical leftist ideologues and interest groups. Now he reveals everything: the full story of Holder’s coddling of New Black Panther Party poll thugs, corruption run amok in the Civil Rights Division, open borders advocacy, selective law enforcement, and much more. If you care about justice for all, Injustice is hands-down the most important book you’ll read this year.”

Over at Big Government, Andrew Breitbart has Injustice-related photos of a 2007 march in Selma, Alabama featuring fellow race hustlers Barack Obama and the NBPP:

The book exposes Obama administration corruption far beyond the Panther dismissal, and reveals how the institutional Left has turned the power of the DOJ into an ideological weapon.

Adams’s book also describes, in detail, the Selma march at which then-Senator Obama was joined by a group of Panthers who had come to support his candidacy.

Among those appearing with Obama was Shabazz, the Panther leader who was one of the defendants in the voter intimidation case that Attorney General Eric Holder dismissed. Also present was the Panthers’ “Minister of War,” Najee Muhammed, who had called for murdering Dekalb County, Georgia, police officers with AK-47’s and then mocking their widows in this video (7:20 – 8:29).

Injustice includes a disturbing photo of Shabazz and the Panthers marching behind Obama with raised fists in the “Black Power” salute.

There are even more photographs.

I have learned that Regnery initially received approval from a person who took pictures of the events in Selma to publish these additional photographs in Injustice.

After the photographer wrote Regnery reversing his permission to include the photographs in Injustice, the images were removed from the photographer’s Flickr account. Yet we were able to capture them before they disappeared.

The photographs show Obama sharing the same podium at the event with the Panthers.

As Adams, who dug up video and photographic evidence of the Obama/NBPP event at the National Voting Rights Museum, observes in Injustice: “One can only imagine the media firestorm that would have erupted if a Republican presidential candidate had marched next to a racist hate group.”

Yes, there would have been a veritable stoning.

***

Related: All previous NBPP posts.

Related: No, the Washington Post will not investigate the racially selective enforcement of law and perversion of justice at Obama’s DOJ. Instead, they’ll smear Christian Adams.

We already got a preview when WaPo columnst E.J. Dionne attacked Adams last July. Read here.

I’m sure corruptocrat AG Eric Holder has already dispatched his Democrat voter protection force down to Delaware. Smiling, cheering Republicans are scaaaaary!

Delaware’s state Democratic Party is claiming that supporters of Republican Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell are creating problems at some polling locations in the state.

This, as the campaign of Democrat Chris Coons e-mails supporters expressing concerns over turnout levels in the Democratic bastion of New Castle County.

In an e-mail to supporters early Tuesday afternoon, Coons campaign manager Christy Gleason wrote that the campaign was observing “lower turnout in New Castle and Kent counties than we’re comfortable with.”

New Castle County is the northernmost county in the state, as well as the region where Coons was banking on running up his vote total to offset highly energized Republicans in Kent and Sussex counties, less populous areas of the state.

Meanwhile, the state’s commissioner of elections, Elaine Manlove, confirmed to The Ballot Box that after receiving several complaints from voters at polling stations Tuesday, she contacted the O’Donnell campaign and asked that it direct its supporters to tone down their efforts…

…Manlove said since she contacted the O’Donnell campaign, complaints to the state’s board of elections have dried up.

How much you wanna bet none of the purported intimidationists looked like this goon spotted in Philly today.

Low supporter turnout for Richard Blumenthal has forced the campaign to send out an alert Tuesday afternoon urging supporters to get out to the polls.

“Voter turnout appears to be heavy in areas that benefit our opponent,” The campaign email read”.” It is critical that we maximize our efforts to get our supporters to the polls. We need your help”

They’re baaaaaaack.

Before the Philly New Black Panther Party radicals showed up at a voting booth in 2008 with billy clubs and racial epithets at the ready, my old nemesis Malik Shabazz — the NBPP thug-in-chief — put out a nationwide warning. Remember?

“We will be at the polls in the cities and counties in many states to ensure that the enemy does not sabotage the black vote, which was won through the blood of the martyrs of our people.”

Well, NBPP official Quannell X in Texas says his militant minions will return…to monitor citizen election watchdogs.

Election Law Center says: Strap in.

And bring your cameras.

In related developments, the U.S. Civil Rights Commission was blocked from finalizing a report on DOJ’s obstructionism and politicization of the Philly NBPP voter intimdation case. A lone Democrat holdout stymied the panel:

Democratic member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights walked out of the panel’s meeting Friday to block acceptance of a report critical of the Justice Department’s handling of a voting-rights investigation involving the New Black Panther Party.

Commissioner Michael Yaki Michael said the report, the product of a year-long inquiry into the 2008 case, was “cooked” by conservative members of the panel’s majority to “lay an indictment against the Obama administration.”

The commission’s inquiry centers on the actions of New Black Panther Party members — one armed with a club — who were videotaped outside a Philadelphia polling place. The Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, then under the Bush administration, filed a voter intimidation lawsuit against the party members. But much of the case was dismissed during the Obama administration.

The report on the Obama Justice Department’s actions criticizes the administration for refusing to cooperate with the commission review and for instructing some of its employees not to provide information to commission officials.

Commissioner Todd Gaziano said the Justice Department responses to requests for information represents “unprecedented stonewalling.”

Remember in November.

Corruptocrat Attorney General Eric Holder and the Obama Department of Social Justice are on the hot seat tomorrow over the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case shenanigans. Long overdue.

To recap: I told you on Monday about the latest lies and obstructionism by the DO(S)J revealed in logs obtained through Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act request. The US Commission on Civil Rights had previously asked for such a log, but DO(S)J refused to provide it. As the panel notes: “The existence of these communications is critical, especially in light of the fact that the Department has repeatedly maintained, including in testimony before the Commission by Assistant AG for Civil Rights Thomas Perez, that the decision to dismiss the case was made by career employees (who happened to be occupying political positions at the time) and not higher level political officials within the Department. The index renders those assertions questionable at best.” Judicial Watch has filed another suit for any records pertaining to meetings that DO(S)J official Thomas Perrelli attended at the White House during the time when the administration was abandoning most of the case.

Last week, I reported that DOJ Inspector General Glenn Fine will investigate the Obama DO(S)J’s voting rights record.

Tomorrow, former DOJ voting section chief Christopher Coates will testify before the Commission on Civil Rights in defiance of DOJ orders not to comply with a subpoeana.

C-SPAN will televise the hearing live at 10am tomorrow. On PJTV here.

Get the popcorn ready, ignore the Stephen Colbert circus, and keep your eye on the Culture of Corruption ball.

The truth will out.

***

Pajamas Media has Coates’ full testimony here.

Ed Morrissey at Hot Air zeroes in on Coates’ testimony in the Ike Brown case.

Update 11:00am Commission panelist pointing out that Judicial Watch logs show that criminal division of DOJ also involved in NBPP decision.

Update 11:19am Eastern: Commission panelist Todd Gaziano questions Coates about “culture of hostility” at Holder DOJ toward those who defended race neutral enforcement of voting rights laws.

Coates: A “travesty of justice.” Yep, that about sums up Eric Holder’s entire public career, doesn’t it?

Former DOJ whistleblower J. Christian Adams reports today on the latest revelations of DOJ obstructionism and deception over the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case.

At Pajamas Media, Adams writes:

Judicial Watch made an explosive announcement today about the Justice Department’s stonewalling in the New Black Panther voter intimidation case dismissal. Forced to bring a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit after DOJ rebuffed its public records request (so much for transparency), Judicial Watch obtained a privilege log from the DOJ last week.

It shows — in a rather dramatic way — that the DOJ has been untruthful about who was involved in the dismissal of the case.

In July, I complied with a subpoena and provided testimony to the United States Commission on Civil Rights. I did so in part because inaccurate statements had been made about the case by DOJ officials. Some of these statements falsely claimed that ethical rules mandated the dismissal of the charges against the New Black Panthers. This was nonsense.

But the real whopper? DOJ’s claim — repeated over and over again — that career civil servants were wholly responsible for the spiking of the case.

Today we learn, from the Department’s own records, that this claim is demonstrably false.

The privilege log produced in the FOIA litigation contains stunning entries. They show regular discussions and deliberations between the highest political officials inside the DOJ, including the deputy attorney general and the associate attorney general, about what to do with the case. This contradicts numerous statements made to Congress, the Civil Rights Commission, and to the public.

Some of these statements were under oath.

Mark Tapscott at the Examiner has more details about the privilege log and DOJ e-mail communications obtained by Judicial Watch.

Adams spotlights one interesting little nugget showing how the DOJ scrambled to react to my May 28, 2009 online exclusive that first revealed the shady dismissal of the NBPP case:

The logs show political officials Hirsch and Rosenbaum, and a press spokesperson, swinging into action as soon as the press reported the dismissal on May 28, 2009. “Response to Malkin” shows up on May 28 — they were coordinating a response to Michelle Malkin’s exclusive breaking the story of the outrageous dismissal. These communications are characterized by the log as “pre-decisional,” and therefore protected. Of course, the decision to dismiss the case had already been made. I can’t wait to see what the court does with that in the FOIA litigation. (Though I suppose the decisions about how to cover up the truth of the dismissal were in the formative, pre-decisional process.)

…Today was a very bad day for the Justice Department, but a worse day for our country. The privilege logs show what most Americans suspected all along: that the Department was lying, and the corrupt dismissal of the New Black Panther Case was made high up the political chain of command.

Let’s see if the Department’s defenders in the press and on the Civil Rights Commission keep repeating the lies.

Remember: Sunlight — relentless sunlight — is the best disinfectant. And the ballot box is the ultimate sanitizer.

Just obtained this letter from Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine to members of Congress informing them that he will open up a review of the Obama administration’s selective enforcement of civil rights laws by the Voting Section office of DOJ.

Big news. Good news. Fine is a veteran IG whose meticulous work I cited in-depth in Invasion. You know how the Obama bully boys have treated IGs. Prayers for Fine would be most appropriate.

Last week, Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans demanded a hearing on the New Black Panther Party shenanigans of the Obama Department of (Social) Justice.

Sen. Pat Leahy has replied. Cliff Notes’ version: Blame Bush. Hide behind Abigail Thernstrom. Wait for Eric Holder’s next spin cycle. Read the response right here:

Speaking of Thernstrom, Andy McCarthy responds to her latest weak sauce at NRO — and her own obstructionist refusal to get to the bottom of the NBPP case:

On July 16, her colleagues on the Commission gave her a chance to put her money where her mouth is. They voted to ask the Justice Department for the testimony of Christopher Coates, the guy Thernstrom told NRO readers she’d “love to hear first-hand” from. The request is set forth in a letter sent yesterday to Attorney General Holder, signed by Commission Chair Gerald Reynolds. This short letter can be read in its entirety here, and Jen Rubin has posted the relevant parts of it at Contentions. But to put the letter’s requests in the words Thernstrom used, the Commission would like to ask Coates (a) “what Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes actually said about the Civil Rights Division’s enforcement priorities” (remember, that’s the thing Thernstrom told NRO readers “the world deserves to know”); and (b) “whether the Obama DOJ has a policy of offering protections for black voters but not white ones.”

Yet, at the July 16 hearing, Dr. Thernstrom refused to support the Commission’s request for this testimony. As Pete Kirsanow wrote in his post, replying specifically to Thernstrom’s claim that she would “join [her] colleagues in welcoming further testimony” from Coates and others with relevant knowledge of DOJ’s civil rights enforcement policy:

This is news to the other members of the Commission. On July 16, a majority of Commissioners approved a motion to once again request that the Justice Department produce the very witnesses that Thernstrom now claims she is interested in hearing from. The motion was crafted in a manner to circumvent the Justice Department’s year-long refusal to produce such witnesses.

Thernstrom refused to support the motion. [Emphasis in original.]

I find this jaw-dropping. I do not know Dr. Thernstrom — we’ve been introduced once, I think — but I have always admired her work. Consequently, it pains me to note that her responsive essay, which NRO published on July 27, was obviously written several days after the July 16 Commission meeting at which she would not support the motion to ask DOJ for the pertinent testimony.

Wow.

WaPo water-carrier E.J. Dionne does Team Obama’s dirty work for them in his column today smearing DOJ whistleblower J. Christian Adams.

Read all about it from Quin Hilyer at the American Spectator here. An excerpt:

…the worst thing Dionne does is smear the whistle-blowing attorney Christian Adams without ever talking with Adams and without checking the record. He says Adams is not to be taken seriously because he is supposedly a “Republican activist.” Oh? Adams volunteered for Bush ballot security in 2004. Does that make him a perjurer not to be taken seriously? What about his long record of winning awards at DoJ? What about his work on behalf of black voting rights in a major case in South Carolina? What about the fact that just in April, the Obama-Holder Justice Department gave him a promotion, and that he has sterling performance reviews throughout his entire career at DoJ?

Then Dionne writes this passage that amounts to one big lie:

Now, Adams is accusing the Obama Justice Department of being “motivated by a lawless hostility toward equal enforcement of the law.” This is racially inflammatory, politically motivated nonsense — and it’s nonsense even if Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh talk about it 1,000 times a day. When an outlandish charge for which there is no evidence is treated as an on-the-one-hand-on-the-other-hand issue, the liars win.

Nonsense? No evidence? There is Adams’ sworn testimony naming names and at times dates; unless he perjured himself, that is evidence. There are the lengthy reports of the going-away speech by Adams’ colleague Chris Coates, a longtime civil rights activist who once was a lead lawyer for the ACLU. (The only reason Coates’ own testimony is not sworn is because DoJ refused to let him testify…

Adams’ latest exposé on the DOJ’s failure to protect military voting rights is here.

Who will wage the White House bully boys’ war on the whistleblowers next?

**Written by Doug Powers

Last Sunday, Face the Nation host Bob Schieffer had Attorney General Eric Holder on for an entire half hour, and never once asked him about the Department of Justice dropping the case against the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation, or any of the subsequent events surrounding that story, including the DoJ whistleblower.

Shieffer was asked recently why he didn’t bring up the story about the whistleblower, and his answer was simple: He didn’t know about it. Why? Because he was on vacation the previous week.

Bob’s entire staff must have been on vacation as well. You’d think this would make CBS News execs ask themselves what they’re paying all those people for, but I’m not counting on it. There’s simply no way this was just “oversight.”

I’m just wondering how Schieffer knew to ask Holder seven questions concerning the Russian spy story. Bob couldn’t possibly have known about that because he was on vacation when the story broke — and we know this because the DoJ whistleblower story became common knowledge (everywhere except major television network newsrooms, apparently) the same week the Russian spy story broke.

Here’s Schieffer trying to explain. Video by way of Newsbusters:

That reminds me of Charlie Gibson saying he didn’t report the ACORN scandal because he didn’t know about it.

The great thing about being in the mainstream media is that you get to take plenty of vacations, even while you’re working.

Schieffer was on vacation in late July of 1969, so if anybody really wants to make his day, just let him know that we finally landed on the moon.

Team Obama’s open-borders crusaders are doubling down.

Not content to file one lawsuit (already piled on top of the ACLU/reconquista crowd’s lawsuit), Attorney General Eric Holder signaled this weekend that he’s prepared to file another complaint:

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. said Sunday that if the federal government does not stop Arizona’s immigration law from taking effect, it might launch a second legal challenge to combat any racial profiling that occurs.

…On CBS’s “Face the Nation” on Sunday, Holder said that if the law takes effect, the Justice Department might have grounds for a second challenge.

The Justice Department might “look at the impact the law has had and whether or not — see whether or not there has been that racial profiling impact,” Holder said. “And if that was the case, we would have the tools and we would bring suit on that basis.”

Perhaps this is Holder’s way of admitting how foundationally weak and bogus his first lawsuit against Arizona is.

Now, pair that announcement with the revelation last week by DOJ whistleblower J. Christian Adams that the Obama DOJ decided not to prosecute certain voter fraud cases:

Mr. Adams leveled an even more explosive charge beyond the Panther case. He testified that last year Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes made a jaw-dropping announcement to attorneys in Justice’s Voting Rights section. She said she would not support any enforcement of a key section of the federal “Motor Voter” law — Section 8, which requires states to periodically purge their voter rolls of dead people, felons, illegal voters and those who have moved out of state.

According to Mr. Adams, Justice lawyers were told by Ms. Fernandes: “We’re not interested in those kind of cases. What do they have to do with helping increase minority access and turnout? We want to increase access to the ballot, not limit it.”

If true, Ms. Fernandes was endorsing a policy of ignoring federal law and encouraging potential voter fraud. Ms. Fernandes was unavailable for comment yesterday, but the Justice Department has issued a statement accusing Mr. Adams of “distorting facts” in general and having a political agenda.

But there is some evidence backing up Mr. Adams. Last year, Justice abandoned a case it had pursued for three years against Missouri for failing to clean up its rolls. When filed in 2005, one-third of Missouri counties had more registered voters than voting-age residents. What’s more, Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, a Democrat who this year is her party’s candidate for a vacant U.S. Senate seat, contended that her office had no obligation to ensure individual counties were complying with the federal law mandating a cleanup of their voter rolls.

Now, pair the Arizona announcement and the voter fraud-coddling revelation with Adams’ inside info on the DOJ’s double standard for white vs. black defendants .

Now, pair the Arizona announcement, the voter fraud-coddling revelation, and the racial double standard info with Adams’ testimony that Obama’s New Black Panther Party friends were allegedly pulling the same intimidation tactics against Hillary Clinton supporters:

….as the investigation unfolded, [Adams] said he discovered “indications” that the Black Panther Party was doing the “same thing” to supporters of former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton during the Democratic primary season in early 2008. He urged the commission to pursue testimony from other Justice officials to corroborate his story.

Now, pair the Arizona announcement, the voter fraud-coddling revelation, the racial double standard info, and Adams’ testimony that Obama’s New Black Panther Party friends were allegedly pulling the same intimidation tactics against Hillary Clinton supporters with my previous reporting on the DOJ giving corruptocrats Bill Richardson and Alan Mollohan passes…

…and with the DOJ’s decision last October to meddle in a small southern town’s decision to do away with party affiliations in local elections (the DOJ claims it is racist)…

…and with my previous reporting on how the DOJ week denied the state of Georgia the ability to enact strict citizenship voter verification rules previously approved by two federal courts. As the Georgia secretary of state Karen Handel explained: “DOJ has thrown open the door for activist organizations such as ACORN to register non-citizens to vote in Georgia’s elections, and the state has no ability to verify an applicant’s citizenship status or whether the individual even exists…”

…and with Holder’s previous politicization of the legal review process involving the contentious issue of D.C. voting rights…

…and with radical open-borders official Tom Perez heading up the civil rights division of the DOJ, which has seen its budget expanded to its highest level in its history…

…and with Holder’s blind eye to ACORN’s racketeering…

….and with Holder’s continued push for civilian trials for Gitmo detainees represented and embraced by his former Covington and Burlington partners and other bleeding heart transnationalist lawyers…

Add it all up and you have a recipe not for a “Department of Justice” or even a “Department of Injustice,” but a Department of Social Justice and Selective Justice.

Alinsky’s avenging angels are living large and in charge.

My column today blasts the MSM for its silence over the black racial demagogues of the New Black Panther Party and its ilk.

Before I get to the column, some context:

Longtime readers and viewers know I go way back with the poisonous race hustlers of the New Black Panther Party.

Two months after the 9/11 attacks, I reported on Muslim NBPP head Malik Shabazz’s disgusting anti-Semitic, anti-American diatribe at the National Press Club.

He has a long history of Jew-bashing, including gems like this:

“If 3,000 people perished in the World Trade Center attacks and the Jewish population is 10 percent, you show me records of 300 Jewish people dying in the World Trade Center…We’re daring anyone to dispute its truth. They got their people out.”

In 2006, we at Hot Air covered Shabazz’s jihad-pandering protest and call to arms at the Danish embassy in Washington, D.C. over the Mohammed Cartoons.

In 2007, Shabazz called me a “whore” on Fox News because I called out his racial hucksterism in the Duke lacrosse fake rape case.

In 2008, I reported on Shabazz’s election day threats to voters and have covered the corruptocrat Obama DOJ’s role in dropping default judgments against the Philly NBPP thugs ever since. In 2009, I reported on the “Colored Only: No Whites Allowed” sign at NBPP defendant Jerry Jackson’s house and the murderous rap propaganda posted by the NBPP Trenton chapter.

DOJ whistleblower J. Christian Adams blew the lid off the case in late June in the Washington Times and his appearances on Fox News with Megyn Kelly have provoked Shabazz’s poison tongue once again. Now, he’s threatening to go after limited government activists and moaning about “Zionist conspiracies” at Fox News.

In May, Shabazz told his black power cohorts to “prepare for war,” via Bunkerville.

Read this:

“With the rise of the Tea Party, the white-right and other racist forces. With gun sales nationwide at an all time high amongst whites, with a mood that is more anti-Black than any time recent, it is imperative that we organize our forces, pool our resources and prepare for war!” Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz, Esq. Convention Convener and Party Chairman.

Watch this:

These are the people and the organization Eric Holder and Barack Obama and the MSM are covering for.

Ain’t liberal tolerance grand?

Whitewashing black racism
by Michelle Malkin
Creators Syndicate

Why haven’t national media outlets reported on the vile and violent rants of the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) thugs whose 2008 voter intimidation tactics got a pass from the Obama administration? Simple: Radical black racism doesn’t fit the Hope and Change narrative. There’s no way to shoehorn Bush-bashing into the story. And, let’s face it, exposing the inflammatory rhetoric of the left does nothing to help liberal editors and reporters fulfill their true calling — embarrassing the right.

This week, Justice Department whistleblower J. Christian Adams came forward with damning public testimony about how Obama officials believe “civil rights law should not be enforced in a race-neutral manner, and should never be enforced against blacks or other national minorities.” In the wake of Adams’ expose on how the Obama DOJ abandoned default judgments against the NBPP bullies for the sake of politically correct racial politics, a shocking video clip of one of the lead defendants in the Philadelphia voter intimidation case resurfaced on the Internet. It shows bloodthirsty King Samir Shabazz during a 2009 National Geographic documentary interview spewing:

“You want freedom? You’re gonna have to kill some crackers! You’re gonna have to kill some of their babies!”

These NBPP death threats and white-bashing diatribes are nothing new to those who have tracked the black supremacy movement. In August 2009, nearly a year ago, I reported on a sign on display outside NBPP defendant (and elected member of Philadelphia’s 14th Ward Democratic Committee) Jerry Jackson’s home. It reads: “COLORED ONLY: No Whites Allowed.”

In July 2009, I interviewed poll watcher/witness Christopher Hill, whom Shabazz and Jackson called “cracker” several times while Shabazz brandished his baton.

“They physically attempted to block me,” Hill recounted. He also saw a group of elderly ladies walk away from the polling site without voting while the duo preened in front of the entrance. “If you’re a poll watcher, you shouldn’t be dressed in paramilitary garb,” Hill said, as he wondered aloud at what would have happened if he had showed up in the same sort of costume.

In May 2009, I reported on the affidavit of civil rights attorney and poll watcher Bartle Bull, who witnessed the NBPP thuggery in Philadelphia and reported on billy club-wielding Shabazz’s election day boast: “You’re about to be ruled by the black man, cracker.”

In the fall of 2008, just days before he showed up to hector white poll workers, Shabazz told the Philadelphia Inquirer:

“I’m about the total destruction of white people. I’m about the total liberation of black people. I hate white people. I hate my enemy… The only thing the cracker understands is violence… The only thing the cracker understands is gunpowder. You got to take violence to violence.”

The desire to kill, subordinate and demonize white people is a staple of NBPP propaganda. An NBPP Trenton, N.J., chapter “block party” music video posted on YouTube calls on black followers to “bang for freedom,” “put the bang right into a cracker’s face,” and “if you’re going to bang, bang for black power … hang a cracker … if you’re going to bang, bang on the white devil … burying him near the river bank with the right shovel … community revolution in progress … banging for crackers to go to hell, we don’t need em.”

Chanting “Black Power,” Minister Najee Muhammad, national field marshal for the New Black Panther Party, and Uhuru Shakur, local chairman of the Atlanta NBPP chapter, issued a pre-Election Day 2008 threat to “racists and other angry whites who are upset over an impending Barack Obama presidential victory.” Said Muhammad: “Most certainly, we cannot allow these racist forces to slaughter our babies or commit other acts of violence against the black population, nor our black president.”

That’s rich, given that the only racists talking about slaughtering babies are the ones with New Black Panther Party patches on their puffed chests.

If a Tea Party activist threatened to kill the babies of his political opponents, it wouldn’t just be front-page news. It would be the subject of Democrat-led congressional investigations, a series of terrified New York Times columns about the perilous “climate of hate,” a Justice Department probe by Attorney General Eric Holder, a domestic terror alert from Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, and another Important Teachable Moment Speech/Summit from Healer-in-Chief Barack Obama.

But with the racism shoe on the other foot, Team Obama and its media water-carriers are exhibiting the very racial cowardice Holder once purported to condemn. Thanks to Obama’s feckless Department of Injustice, these black supremacist brutes are free to show up on the next national Election Day at polling places in full paramilitary regalia with nightsticks, hurling racist, anti-American epithets at those exercising their right to vote and at those protecting the integrity of the electoral process.

The reaction of our national media watchdogs: Shhhhhhhh.

My appearance on Hannity tonight to talk about the dirty DOJ, the Arizona lawsuit, and the New Black Panther Party thugs (you can watch the segment here and read all my previous NBPP reporting/blog posts here) seems to have hit a special nerve with liberal racists. In fact, my support for the Arizona immigration enforcement law has resulted in quite the spike in hate mail over the last several months. It’s been a while since I opened the hate mail bag up for you and let you have a peek.

Dear Michelle Malkin

What’s up with all your racist rants against Latinos?

I every so often will look at your blog to see what up with the fringe element from the right, and you do seem to have your pulse on what’s going on with the “teabaggers” and the extremist right-wingers in the Republican party.( hell are there any moderates left in the republican party?)

I get a kick reading your right-wing blog and love it when they quote that dumb shit Sarah Palin. Is there anybody more stupid then her? Perhaps Michele Bachmann? I just love the rising stars in the GOP Palin/Bachmann 2012! Of course I don’t think they are racist enought so perhaps they could hire you Michele as their mouth piece. Of course that’s only when you aren’t sucking dicks of the religious right gun toting assholes in the republican party?

But lately when I turn to your blog to see what’s up with the fringe right. I see almost nothing but racist rants about Latinos, and how they are all gang bangers, criminals, drunks and child molesters who are a danger to the good white citizens of the USA.

You got a lot of nerve Michelle. What makes you think your so special Michelle? Have you looked in the mirror Michelle? Because the pictures I have seen of you. You look like a filipina cunt whore! What did Adam Carolla say about your Motherland? That’s right he said that country has nothing going for it except sex tourism and praying to chicken bones.

Yeah sucking “teabagger” cock is all you are good for Michelle and writing in your stupid blog. You think ‘Fox News” will ever hire a bitch like you? Nah, they might use you for a cock tease once in awhile but because your not white they won’t hire you. Hell your not even a real Asian Michelle. What are you a Pacific Islander? But who really gives a shit? Suck Bill O’Reilly cock maybe he”ll let you guest host more?

So go on Michelle with all your racist rants. But remember one thing: Those racist white-wingers you are trying so hard to please with you racist rants think slut right-wing whores like you aren’t their equal, but that you are no better than the Blacks, Latinos, and Muslims that you love to bash. The only reason why they pretend to listen to you is because filipina whores are among the cheapest whores in the world who often take it up the ass for no extra charge.

But hey thanks Michelle for keeping me up to date what the crazed right-winger are thinking about.

Your friend Jay.

Update: A Newsweek writer seems to think the “sexualization of GOP women” is a new phenomenon. Oh, no, dearie. It’s been going on a long, long time. Just ask the “ping pong ball” pigs at Gawker or the “whore”-mongers at HuffPo and the other left-wing cesspools. It’s always worth piercing the myth of liberal moral superiority from time to time. Sunlight = disinfectant.

Update: George Dunn has asked me to take his company name down (which I did), requested that I take down his e-mail (which I will not), and then sent me an “apology” with this laughable comment: “Still, I stand by my statement that the rhetoric being used on both sides of the aisle has ruined the chance to have an honest political debate in this country.”

Yep, the nutball who called me a “c**t” from his work e-mail is moaning about the lost opportunity to “have an honest political debate in this country.”

Ouch. Ow. Stomach hurting from laughing so hard. Ow.

The Sestak scandal is just one piece of the Democratic culture of corruption puzzle — and the White House denials are just more thick pieces of the Great Stone Wall of Obama.

Case in point: I’ve covered DOJ/AG Eric Holder’s obstructionism in the New Black Panther Party case since June 2009. The indefatigable Judicial Watch continues to press for information. After repeated attempts to acquire documents through stymied FOIA requests, Judicial Watch is taking DOJ to court:

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Obama Justice Department to obtain documents related to the agency’s decision to dismiss the claims against several members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense who were accused of engaging in voter intimidation during the 2008 presidential campaign (U.S. v. New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense).

Judicial Watch filed its original FOIA request on May 29, 2009. The Justice Department acknowledged receiving the request on June 18, 2009, but then referred the request to the Office of Information Policy (OIP) and the Civil Rights Division. On January 15, 2010, the OIP notified Judicial Watch that it would be responding to the request on behalf of the Offices of the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General, Associate Attorney General, Public Affairs, Legislative Affairs, Legal Policy, and Intergovernmental and Public Liaison.

On January 15, the OIP also indicated that the Office of the Associate Attorney General found 135 pages of records responsive to Judicial Watch’s request, but that all records would be withheld in full. On January 26, the OIP advised Judicial Watch that the Office of Public Affairs and Office of Legal Policy completed their searches and found no responsive documents. On February 10, the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division indicated that after an extensive search it had located “numerous responsive records” but determined that “access to the majority of the records” should be denied. On March 26, the OIP indicated that the Office of Legislative Affairs and the Office of Intergovernmental and Public Liaison completed searches and found no documents.

Judicial Watch appealed the determinations of the Office of the Associate Attorney General and the Civil Rights Division. To date, Judicial Watch has received neither a response regarding searches conducted by the Offices of the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, nor responses to its two administrative appeals prompting its lawsuit. The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, an independent, bipartisan unit of the federal government charged with investigating and reporting on civil rights issues, has also initiated a probe of the Justice Department’s decision to dismiss its lawsuit.

Related: DOJ Voting Rights attorney resigns over Black Panthers stonewalling…

In his letter of resignation, J. Christian Adams said:

On the other hand, the events surrounding the dismissal of United States v. New Black Panther Party, et al., after the trial team sought and obtained an entry of default, has subjected me, Mr. Christopher Coates, and potentially at some point, all members of the team, to a subpoena from the United States Commission on Civil Rights. The subpoena is based on an explicit federal statute and seeks answers about why the case was dismissed.

I have incurred significant personal expense in retaining a number of separate attorneys and firms regarding this subpoena in order to protect my interests and advise me about my personal legal obligation to comply with the subpoena. Over the last few months, one of my attorneys has had multiple communications with Federal Programs regarding the subpoena. My attorney suggested to them that the Department should file a motion in district court to quash the subpoena and thereby resolve conclusively any question about my obligation to comply.

Months ago, my attorney advised the Department that a motion to quash would be welcome, and that I would assert no objection to the motion. Further, my attorney has explicitly sought to ascertain whether Executive Privilege has been invoked regarding the decisions of individuals not in the Voting Section to order the dismissal of the case. If Executive Privilege has been asserted, or will be, obviously I would not comply with the subpoena. These options would provide some conclusive legal certainly about the extent of my obligation to comply with a subpoena issued pursuant to a federal statute. Instead, we have been ordered not to comply with the subpoena, citing a federal regulation (emphasis mine).

As I said on FNC’s Hannity show last night, the Sestak story has to be viewed in the larger context of the Obama White House’s repeated pattern of delay, denial, and corruption. It is undermining our elections, our health, our economy, and our national security.

I repeat: Sunlight is the best disinfectant, but the ballot box is the ultimate sanitizer.

Remember in November.

***

Jennifer Rubin on Holder’s stonewall:

It’s about time the courts rule on the panoply of made-up defenses and fake privileges that Holder has cooked up to avoid turning over these documents. Let the courts decide if the Obama administration can have it both ways — declining to invoke executive privilege but relying on the privilege under other names (”deliberative privilege”).

A knowledgeable lawyer e-mails me: “Notice DOJ revealed nothing about the number of panther documents in the AG and deputy AG office. Even for the associate attorney general they revealed there were 135 but they weren’t going to turn them over. Failing to even name a number is extremely suspicious because those units can be searched quicker and easier for compliant documents. It leads one to conclude any number would be an embarrassment, and a high number would be a catastrophe. So, don’t reveal a number. Typical of this non-transparent operation.”

And now we’re going to see the administration’s true colors played out in open court. As a Judicial Watch spokesman said: “If there is nothing to hide, then Eric Holder should release this information as the law requires. And this is just one more example of how Obama’s promises of transparency are a big lie.”
